Remodeling of a mixed-use development in Columbus, Ohio. Completed plans call for the remodel of a municipal facility.
This project was bid back in July. The owner has informed us they plan to award Setterlin the project. I am in need of a City of Columbus Certified electrician to bid this project. After the original bid my electrician has become too busy to take the work on. The tentative schedule has us starting at the first of next year but with lead times for storefront, we will be starting on-site roughly 10-12 weeks later, around late February- early March. The electrical scope includes: New conduit rough-in to door locations, provide (15) new card readers & RTEs, (4) new Access Control panels. All low voltage and power wiring and system integration. Matrix access control equipment, contact for new Matrix quotes, Bill Kuebler, billkuebler@acre-co.com Original ITB entire job scope: Selective demolition of doors, frames, aluminum storefront, and door hardware. Provide selective installation of new doors, frames, aluminum storefronts, door hardware, access control devices/ system integration and all other such work as may be necessary to complete the Contract in accordance with the plans and specifications set forth in the Bid Documents. There is a 15% MBE/ WBE goal The project is PW and tax exempt
