Renovation of an educational facility in Columbus, Ohio. Completed plans call for the renovation of a 59,000-square-foot educational facility.

The scope of work for the light commercial agreement shall apply to the following facilities not to exceed 200,000 square feet; office buildings, shopping centers, auto sales agencies and garages, churches, funeral homes, nursing homes, hotels, retail and wholesale facilities, small stand-alone manufacturing facilities when free standing and not part of a larger facility (not to exceed 50,000 square fee), solar projects (500 panels or less) unless otherwise covered under the agreement, lighting retrofits (when not associated with remodels involving branch re-circuiting) lighting retrofits shall be defined as the changing of lamps and ballasts in existing light fixtures and shall also include the one for one replacement of existing fixtures, warehouses, gas stations, food service centers, restaurants, entertainment facilities, hospitals, clinics, motels, residential buildings. This renovation includes but not limited to: a. Converting an existing exercise space into a single use restroom/shower room on the basement level (approx. 100SF) b. Renovating and expanding the existing men's shower, changing and restroom facilities on the first floor. (approx. 600SF) c. Establishing a new women's shower, changing and restroom area on the first floor within the current naval office space. (approx. 320 SF) d. Relocation and reconfiguration of first floor admin suite, conference room and naval offices. (approx. 1,300 SF) e. Renovating the existing men's shower and restroom area on the second floor. (approx. 190 SF) f. Renovating the women's shower and restroom area on the second floor. (approx. 385 SF) g. Converting an existing office into a single use restroom/shower room on the second floor adjacent to the existing men's restroom. (approx. 110 SF) h. New sink, counter, and casework for break area on second floor. (approx. 7 LF) i. Converting a storage closet to additional changing space. (approx. 235 SF) Project Location: a.
