The City of Cocoa Beach is requesting qualifications from a consulting firm for a feasibility study of the construction of a Marina Facility located near the recreation complex at 5000 Tom Warner Blvd., Cocoa Beach, FL 32931. Respondents are responsible for providing the following: Firm overview and applicable experience including the consultant s ability to adequately perform the entire scope of services. Include information from any sub consultants as applicable. Project specific and relevant experience, including specific references to project costs, permitting timelines and consultant fees. Provide a listing of comparable client references that are using the consultant s professional services, (i.e., client name, address, telephone number, contact person and length of time service was provided). Indicate specifically the members of the firm who will have primary responsibility for the City s contract and provide a resume for each. For continuing contracts, firms shall provide professional services to the City for projects in which construction costs do not exceed $2,000,000 or for study activity when the fee for such professional services does not exceed $200,000. The City of Cocoa Beach shall request Consultant services on an as needed basis. There is no guarantee that any or all of the services described in the Scope of Services will be assigned during the term of the Agreement. Further, the Consultants are providing these services on a nonexclusive basis. The City of Cocoa Beach, at its option, may elect to have any of the services set forth herein performed by consultants through other Agreements or by City of Cocoa Beach staff. A proposal bond is not required. The City reserves the right to waive any irregularity or informality in the proposals received, to determine, in its sole discretion, whether or not informality is minor, to reject or accept any or all bids
