Site work, paving and outdoor lighting for a mixed-use development in Isleta Pueblo, New Mexico. Completed plans call for site work for a road / highway; for paving for a road / highway; for outdoor lighting for a road / highway; sidewalk / parking lot; sidewalk / parking lot; and water / sewer project.
The project consists of intersection realignment for the NM314/NM45 and NM317/NM45 intersections to create a single four-legged intersection and includes roadway asphalt surfacing, sidewalk, curb and gutter, signalization, lighting, a retention pond, and storm drain. The project is located within the Pueblo of Isleta Reservation Boundaries, Bernalillo County, New Mexico. As a condition to submitting a Bid all Bidders bidding as Contractors are required to be prequalified with the NMDOTs Office of Inspector General seven (7) Days before Bid Opening per 18.27.5 NMAC. All Subcontractors are required to be prequalified before performing any Work and prior to supplying goods or services to the Project. The Bidders Bid Guaranty shall be five percent (5%) of the Bidders Total Bid Amount and shall be submitted before Bid. Change RFB Deadline to Submit Questions from Friday, December 15, 2023, 4:30 pm local time to Wednesday, December 20, 2023, 4:30 pm local time. Change RFB Deadline to Answer Questions from Tuesday, December 19, 2023; 11:30 am local time to Friday, December 22, 2023, 11:30 am local time
