Reference Number 0000336281 The purpose of the Request for Proposals (RFP) is to solicit Sealed Proposals for construction of Eastern New Mexico Rural Water System (ENMRWS) Project -RW3 Pipeline for the Eastern New Mexico Water Utility Authority (ENMWUA). The Project consists of installation of the RW3 Pipeline approximately 21.7 miles of 42-inch diameter welded steel pipe, combination air release and vacuum valve assemblies and vaults, blowoff assemblies, isolation valve vault, and fiber optic conduit.
