The work covered by this contract includes the corrective fungal decontamination work required in ten (10) washrooms located on different floors of the west and east towers of the Guy-Favreau complex, located at 200 René Lévesque West in Montreal, Quebec: The West Tower: 2nd Floor, Room 200-21 3nd Floor, Room 300-19 5nd Floor, Room 500-17 7nd Floor, Room 700-19 9th Floor, Room 900-17 The East Tower: 3nd Floor, Room 300-24 5nd Floor, Room 500-22 6nd Floor, Room 600-24 7nd Floor, Room 700-24 12nd Floor, Room 1200-18 The work mainly consists of removing contaminated materials from the base of sink walls and urinals and installing new healthy materials (new studs, light concrete panel, ceramics) in the identified washrooms, according to the plans and specifications in architecture, mechanics and industrial hygiene. The work will involve the dismantling of existing elements on site (countertops, mirrors, partitions and sanitary accessories, plumbing equipment, etc.) and their reinstallation to their original location following the work.
