The Milwaukee County Parks Department is requesting the proposal for schematic planning for the variety of service yards within the Milwaukee County Parks System; extended to and including the planning and design of the Washington Park Service Yard project. The proposal is for professional consulting services for both the schematic layout of all typical service yards as well as full design and engineering services for the Washington Park Service Yard. Professional consulting services shall include documentation of existing conditions (topographic survey, environmental conditions, and entitlements), public engagement, schematic design, design development, municipal coordination, preparation of cost estimates, construction documents, permitting, bidding, and select construction administration. 7/7/2023 Selection Committee selects consultant - Tentative 7/28/2023 Consultant award (will occur no sooner than this date). 8/18/2023 Offer, negotiate and execute a contract with selected consultant. 4/12/2024 Design Complete (Consultant dependent) The method of Contractor Selection has not been Determined at this time.
