Site Directions: Approximately 5 miles south of I-469 and SR-1 Town of Ossian CCMG 2023-1 Street Improvements (" Project" ). Summary: On segments of Hickory Lane, Homestead Avenue, Lafever Street, Young Street and Brook Court in Ossian, Indiana, the Project shall generally consist of pavement milling and resurfacing, curb ramp replacement, sidewalk construction, erosion control, and surface restoration. All qualified Contractors are invited to bid the work. Bidders are responsible for the timely delivery of their bids. All bids shall be in sealed envelopes bearing the Project title, "Town of Ossian CCMG 2023-1 Street Improvements", and include the name and address of the bidder. All bids shall include fully completed and executed Contractor's Bid for Public Work- Form 96 and E-Verify and Iran Investment Certification. 2/2 set will be returned unopened and only complete bids with all required materials will be considered. The Town of Ossian, Indiana, reserves the right to reject-all bids, waive defects and amend the Project's scope. It is anticipated that the Ossian Town Council will take bids received under advisement and that a determination may be made by July 10, 2023 . Questions received after 12 noon on Monday, June 26, may not be addressed
