The scope of work is set forth in the attached project specifications, project drawings, and sample contract. This project entails the provision of all labor, materials, supplies, tools, equipment, and other incidentals necessary to perform all work and services street milling and resurfacing as described in the project specifications located within the City of Oak Ridge, Tennessee. A detailed description of the work is set forth in Attachment A, which includes a specific description of the required finished product and the materials to be used. Before commencement of work hereunder, Contractor agrees to furnish to the City of Oak Ridge a Certificate of Insurance or other evidence satisfactory to the City to the effect that such insurance has been procured and is in force.
