City of East Cleveland announces a Request for Qualifications (RFQ) for vendors to participate in the Engineering Services for the construction of sanitary sewer replacement and improvements which includes: Preliminary and final design plans and specifications Preparation of the bid packet Environmental Assessment Conducting of all field testing and inspections (interim and final) Preparation of detail plans, specifications, and cost estimates Bidding phase services Construction phase services (i.e. Construction Administration and Resident Project Representative); and Other funding acquisition and special services. In case a corporation is not chartered in Ohio with a proper certificate, it must show proof that it is authorized to do business in Ohio. The letter should specify the trade of interest. Deadline for all respondents questions shall be June 20, 2023 at Noon. AII questions must be in written form and sent by email to mleach@eastcleveland.org.
