Site work for a water / sewer project in Lake Elmo, Minnesota. Completed plans call for site work for a water / sewer project.
Washington County Public Works is interested in installing a kayak launch at both Lake Elmo Park Reserve (1515 Keats Ave N, Lake Elmo, MN 55042) and Cottage Grove Ravine Regional Park (9653 Keats Ave S, Cottage Grove, MN 55016). To install the kayak launch, a concrete footing/anchor needs to be installed to attach the launches to. In addition, at Lake Elmo Park Reserve, the end of the concrete trail section needs to be extended To complete this work, Washington County is requesting quotes for erosion and sediment control, grading work, aggregate bases, precast and cast-in place concrete work, and turf restoration. This work shall consist of providing all material, equipment, labor, and cleanup to install the concrete with the following specifications. Refer to the Plans and Specifications for work at each site.
