Site work for a water / sewer project in Seneca, South Carolina. Completed plans call for site work for a water / sewer project.
Award: Tugaloo Pipeline, Inc for $351,291.10 The Project generally consists of the following Work: Base Bid: Replacement of approx. 340 LF of 15 sanitary sewer connecting into existing manholes. Additive Alternatives: Installation of 10 and 30 diameter point repairs at various locations. Coordination with Owner and other agencies, as necessary. Acquire necessary permits to complete the work. Bypass pumping during project construction and/or coordination with OJRSA A Pre-Bid Conference and site visit will be held on at the Oconee Joint Regional Sewer Authoritys Coneross Creek Water Reclamation Facility located at 623 Return Church Road, Seneca, South Carolina. Representatives of the Owner will be present to discuss the Project. Attendance at the conference is encouraged but not required. Question Deadline 07/11/2023 at 4:00 PM ET Any questions regarding this Request for Bids (RFB) should be submitted by way of email to info@ojrsa.org Answers will be submitted as an addendum to this RFB and made available to all Offerors on the OJRSA website. The OJRSA reserves the right to reject any or all submittals; to waive any informality or irregularity not affected by law; and to evaluate, in its absolute discretion, the qualification statements submitted. Qualifications should be complete as initially submitted.
