Sdoc Reserves the Right to Reject Any/all Quotes and to Waive Any Informalities And Technicalities So as To Purchase in the Best Interest of The School District. Deadline for Questions Friday, August 25, 2023 @ 12:00 PM INTRODUCTION It is the intent of the School District of Oconee County to solicit bids for the purchase of stage curtains and installation. The purpose of this solicitation is to establish the best prices that the school district can achieve for the items in these categories. Bidders are encouraged to extend the lowest prices available so as to increase the volume of business by the School District of Oconee County. SPECIFICATIONS: All drapery fabric must be inherently flame retardant (IFR) All curtains to include the following: o Fifty percent (50%) sewn in fullness o Webbing and Grommets as required o Valance Curtain: Heavy weight, box pleated, unlined, and IFR Synthetic Velour (color choice to be determined when ordered) o Main curtains: Heavy weight, box pleated, unlined, and IFR Synthetic Velour (color choice to be determined when ordered) o Border curtains: Medium weight, IFR Synthetic Ovation Fabric (color choice to be determined when ordered) o Leg curtains (ties up): Medium weight, IFR Synthetic Ovation Fabric (color choice to be determined when ordered) o Rear curtains: Medium weight, IFR Synthetic Ovation Fabric (color choice to be determined when ordered) Track and Hardware to be included.
