Renovation of a retail development in Perth, Ontario. Completed plans call for the renovation of a retail development.
The LCBO solicits offers on the attached Bid Form for the provision of general contracting services for the renovation of a 6,388 square foot store in Perth, Ontario, as described in the Bid Documents. The scope of work requires the supply of construction labour and materials for the renovation of an existing LCBO store, (reference Store #72) in Perth, Ontario. The renovation will be recapturing space and changing the layout to convert it into LCBO retail space. The store will receive all new millwork (cash desks, fascia sign band, gables, P.O.P. frames, info boards, etc.) and all new metal shelving (perimeter & gondola shelving). The beer section will receive new refrigeration units. New flooring will be installed in the retail area. A new accessible vestibule with new sliding doors will be installed. A major electrical upgrade and some HVAC work. A major upgrade and update to the retail space, as further outlined in the specifications and drawings.
