Demolition and site work for a municipal facility in Perth, Ontario. Completed plans call for the demolition of a municipal facility.
The Ministry is planning to demolish the existing garage and foundation walls of the former salt storage sheds at the Bathurst Patrol Yard. The garage is no longer used by The Ministry and is in severely derelict condition. The Ministry is undertaking the demolition of the Bathurst Patrol Yard Garage. This project will include the demolition of the garage building and all related existing items, i.e., all building materials; mechanical equipment; electrical equipment; septic system; oil-water separator; drinking water well; former salt shed foundation walls to grade; etc., as a minimum. This project will also include demolition and disposal of two existing salt shed foundation walls. Proper disposal of all items is expected and shall form part of the bid.
