Site work for a water / sewer project in Greenville, South Carolina. Completed plans call for site work for a water / sewer project.
**Per Addendum 3 the bid date has been extended from 08/14/24 to 08/20/24** The project's scope includes, but is not limited to, the installation of approximately 3,100 LF of gravity sewer pipe (PVC and DIP) ranging in 8-inch, 12-inch, and 18-inch diameter. Installation methods include open cut, jack and bore, and two (2) aerial creek crossings with supports. The project will include twenty-four (26) new manholes ranging from 4-foot to 5-foot diameter, CIPP lining approximately 300 LF of 12" VCP sewer, tie-in connections to the existing sewer, lateral installation and connections, and bypass piping and pumping; pipe removal and pipe abandonment with flowable fill; manhole abandonment; sedimentation and erosion control; milling and repaving; traffic control; landscaping and grassing; removal and replacement of deck and driveway; and all associated appurtenances as described and shown in the Contract Document The Contractor shall substantially complete the project within 365 consecutive calendar days and fully complete the project within 395 consecutive calendar days from the date of commencement.
