Renovation of a mixed-use development in Greenville, South Carolina. Completed plans call for the renovation of a educational facility.
Proposed Schedule • Summer 2025 o VAVs, Controls, and Fire Alarm at Hillcrest Middle o VAVs, Controls, Boilers and Fire alarm at Brushy Creek Elementary • Summer 2026 o Whole scope at Westcliffe Elementary o RTUs and Remaining scope at Brushy Creek Elementary o RTUs and Remaining scope at Hillcrest Middle The owner has selected a Design Builder. A timeline for construction has not yet been established. The School District of Greenville County (District) invites interested firms to submit a SEALED PROPOSAL to provide DesignBuild Services for an HVAC System Replacement at Brushy Creek Elementary, Westcliffe Elementary, and Hillcrest Middle Schools in accordance with the Specifications and Terms and Conditions of this solicitation. Design shall be in accordance with all current Codes. Questions or comments regarding this solicitation document or the process shall be forwarded, in writing, to Ms. Tonya A. Stroud, Senior Buyer, and Mr. Matt Pettit, Director of Procurement, 2 Space Drive, Taylors, South Carolina 29687. Email addresses are: tstroud@greenville.k12.sc.us and mjpettit@greenville.k12.sc.us. Inquiries and comments shall be delivered to the Procurement Department no later than October 29, 2024 at 10:00 A.M. EDT. Verbal questions/comments shall not be addressed at any time. The District reserves the right to consider historic information and facts about the bidder or proposer, whether gained from the submitted response, question and answer conferences, references or any other source, during the evaluation process
