Renovation of a municipal facility in Burlington, Ontario. Completed plans call for the renovation of a municipal facility.
The IESO is seeking qualified Construction Managers to submit Proposals for the proposed renovation of 200,000-225,000 sq/ft of office space across up to three office locations in Burlington, Mississauga and Toronto scheduled to take place between Q3 2023-Q1 2026. Interested Proponents should note that in order to participate, they must: - Submit an executed copy of the attached Non-Disclosure Agreement; Executed NDA's must be submitted by 12:00p.m. on June 19th to the IESO Contact at: patrick.oconnor@ieso.ca with a copy to rfpinfo@ieso.ca; and - Attend a mandatory site visit at two locations in Burlington & Mississauga between 1pm and 4pm on June 20, 2023. Address and instructions for the site visit will only be provided to those Proponents that have submitted an executed NDA. Interested Proponents should note that the IESO will not accept any negotiations or amendments to the terms provided in the Non-Disclosure Agreement. Access to review the associated RFP documents will be provided following the receipt of an executed NDA.
