Yearly Preventative Maintenance of MaxiGas Nitrogen Generator System Site Visit/Field Inspection of MaxiGas Nitrogen Generator System Furnish and Install New Filter Furnish and Install New Silencer Furnish and Install MaxiGas PCT Upgrade Kit Furnish and Install Valve Overhaul Kit Air Inlet Valves N2 Buffer Tank Valves Exhaust Valves Control Valves Outlet Valves Equalization Valves Equipment Service and Repair Provide Service Labor Rates Hourly per Person Provide Guaranteed Mark-Up on Repair Parts, Materials and 3rd Party Services General Provisions Adhere and Follow all National/State/Local Building Codes and Practices Obtain and Execute any and all necessary Work and/or Building Permits Work to be Completed During Regular Hours 1st Shift Monday - Friday Maintain Clean and Safe Workspace Organize and safely store all tools and material daily Broom Clean workspace daily Provide 1 Year Warranty on all Equipment, Parts, Materials, Supplies, Labor and Workmanship Verify and Provide Documentation on any Manufacturer Warranties Provide On-Site System Operation and Maintenance Training The County retains the right to terminate any contract(s) resulting from this solicitation upon thirty (30) days written notice. The County reserves the right to reject any and all quotes, also the right to waive any minor discrepancies in the quotes when deemed to be in the best interest of the County.
