Demolition and renovation of a municipal facility in Pittsburgh, Pennsylvania. Completed plans call for the renovation of a municipal facility; and for the demolition of a municipal facility.
The work generally includes but is not necessarily limited to the following: demolition of existing walls, doors, ceilings, and toilet/urinal partitions. demolition of vanities demolition of existing finishes. installation of new wall framing and finish substrates preparation of substrate to receipt of new material installation of ceramic/porcelain tile flooring and wall products. installation of sanitary cove and outside corner metal trims. installation of thresholds and transitions installation of plumbing accessories installation of toilet partitions installation of counter tops, sinks, and apron casework installation of toilet room accessories installation of decorative art or feature wall installation of decorative vase wall accessory installation of concourse facade entrance feature wall and signage This is an all-union project with a Project Labor Agreement. Project schedule is tentatively 516 calendar days with rough start of 9/22/23, and a rough completion of 12/31/24. *This project is being bid by invitation only.
