The work shall be completed within 240 ccwsecn five calendar days, which shall begin after receipt from the Owner Should a Contractor fail to complete his work on or before the time set forth above or as provided in the Contract Documents covering extension of time., the Owner may retain an amount equal to S200.00 per calendar day as liquidated supplemental damages for each calendar day in accordance with this provision.
