Site work and renovation of a civil project in Seattle, Washington. Completed plans call for the renovation of a water / sewer project; and for site work for a water / sewer project.
Work generally includes installation of a temporary bypass pipe from the pump station to the north end of the project; replacement of the twin 36-inch diameter steel forcemains with 42-inch ductile iron pipe; construction of an odor control facility (OCF) and access road at the forcemain discharge structure (FMDS); and rehabilitation of the twin 48-inch forcemains, the FMDS, and approximately 2000 LF of the Elliott Bay Interceptor Section 8 (EBI 8). Total project budget for construction is approximately $45M.
