Renovation of an educational facility in Blades, Delaware. Completed plans call for the renovation of a educational facility.
Each bid must be accompanied by a bid security equivalent to ten percent of the bid amount and all additive alternates. The successful bidder must post a performance bond and payment bond in a sum equal to 100 percent of the contract price upon execution of the contract. The project involves Roofing Restoration of approximately 61,200 square feet of flat and sloping roofing surfaces of the existing Blades Elementary School. Roofing Restoration will include removal of the existing lightning protection system and preparation of the existing EPDM roofing system to receive a new silicone coating roofing system, including coating of all exposed EPDM flashings and curbs. *Additional documents including plans are available from the owner.*
