Renovation of a clubhouse / community center in Delaware City, Delaware. Completed plans call for the renovation of a clubhouse / community center.
The Delaware City Community Center HVAC upgrade project includes demolition of the existing VAV system, restroom exhaust fans and duct, installation of a new split-system heat pump with ceiling cassettes, and new rooftop DOAS unit with duct and registers to interior spaces. Electrical demolition to include removal of existing circuits serving the exiting rooftop units, restroom exhaust fans, electric duct heaters, existing thermostats, control wiring, and re-working existing lighting, as well as installation of new circuit breaker, conduit, and conductor to serve the new mechanical equipment. Work also includes structural upgrades to the roof and miscellaneous structural and architectural improvements. Bidder shall electronically submit all questions about the meaning or intent of the Bidding Documents to Engineer (cjames@kegi.net) with a copy to the Representative (brian.bolender@aecom.com) in writing no later than 2:00 PM, Tuesday, October 10, 2023.
