This is a service / maintenance or supply contract in Clinton, Maryland. Contact the soliciting agency for additional information.
This Contract consists of supplying labor, tools, and expertise necessary to perform as-needed facility repair, painting, and general handyman type services at Upper Marlboro Shop SHA facilities located in Prince Georges County, MD. The contract will not be used for electrical, HVAC, or plumbing work, however, may be required to coordinate with those trades on certain projects. The Administration reserves the right to limit the number of people to perform the work as required. The Administration also reserves the right to limit the type and number of pieces of equipment allowed on the job site. SHA reserves the right to reject any painters that are not providing satisfactory results and have the contractor send a replacement. No pre-bid conference will be held The duration / term of the contract will be 24 months or when the contract funding is depleted, whichever occurs first. The Contractor or Vendor shall maintain insurance issued by companies licensed and authorized to do business in the State of Maryland, and acceptable to the State Highway Administration (SHA).
