Port of Lewiston (Owner) is requesting Bids for the construction of the following Project: Wild Dove Extension Project - Service Road and Utilities. Bids for the construction of the Project The Project includes the following Work: Includes construction of pressure reducing valve assembly and approximately 1000 feet of water and sewer line from the Harry Wall Industrial Park to the City of Lewiston Wastewater Treatment Plant. The project also includes the construction of approximately 850 feet of maintenance road from the south side of the access road to the WWTP. For all further requirements regarding bid submittal - qualifications - procedures - and contract award - refer to the Instructions to Bidders that are included in the Bidding Documents. Bids must be accompanied by Bid Security in the form of a bid bond certified check ,cashiers check or cash in the amount of five (5) percent of the amount of the bid proposal. Said bid security shall be forfeited to the Owner as liquidated damages should the successful bidder fail to enter into contract in accordance with their proposal as specified in the Instructions to Bidders.
