Renovation of a municipal facility in Lewiston, Idaho. Completed plans call for the renovation of a municipal facility.
A description of the work of this project can be summarized to include replacement of the existing air cooled chiller. The scope of work includes the items shown below; separated by base bid and alternates. Base Bid: o Replace one (1) air cooled chiller o Provide and install new outdoor piping and isolation valves o Reorient electrical disconnect o Reconnect wiring and controls Alternate: o Replace two (2) chilled water pumps o Provide and install two (2) variable frequency drives o Reconnect of wiring and controls
