Demolition, site work and renovation of an educational facility in Lewiston, Idaho. Completed plans call for the demolition of a educational facility; for the renovation of a educational facility; and for site work for a educational facility.
Project scope includes all labor and materials necessary to carry out the following work: demolition and construction improvements to a restroom, fabrication and installation of handrails and guardrails, miscellaneous ADA improvements, and balancing of existing mechanical systems. Work includes, but is not limited to, selective demolition, installation of a shower stall and plumbing wall, marmoleum floor patching, installation of restroom accessories and grab-bars, fabrication and installation of handrails and guardrails, lowering two existing sinks, reversing a door swing, patching and painting surfaces adjoining new work, replacing existing doors with new fire-rated wood doors, replacing existing door knobs with lever locksets, miscellaneous ADA improvements, and HVAC re-balancing, as shown on the drawings and sheet specifications. An Idaho Public Works Contractors License is required at the time of submitting a bid for this project. All contractors, specialty contractors, and sub-contractors must have an Idaho Public Works Contractors license as suitable for work to be accomplished on this contract at the time of bid. All work is to be Substantially Complete by August 11, 2023
