Renovation of a mixed-use development in West Des Moines, Iowa. Completed plans call for the renovation of a educational facility.
Tear off and replacement of approximately 17,376 square feet of existingroofingsystem(10,331 square feet base bid, 7,045 square feet bid add alternate) withnewvapor barrier, flat-tapered polyisocyanurate insulation, coverboard and 90-mil fully adhered EPDM membrane assembly. New roof assembly will include a thirty (30) year manufacturer's warranty with a five(5)year contractor installation warranty All sheet metal copings, flashings, edge, fascia, boots and related accessories will be removed and replaced with new 24-gauge Kynar finished metal. The Architect will provide responses to any questions and publish via addenda The Project site will be available to commence work starting on July 11th , 2023.
