Site work and paving for a mixed-use development in Wentzville, Missouri. Completed plans call for site work for a road / highway; for paving for a road / highway; sidewalk / parking lot; sidewalk / parking lot; and water / sewer project.
The West Pearce Blvd. & North Linn Ave. Intersection Improvement ("Project") shall consist of of pavement and sidewalk removal and reconstruction, curb and gutters, stormwater infrastructure removal and replacement, traffic signal, signing and striping and other miscellaneous work as required to complete the project. Bid security in the amount of five percent (5%) of the total bid amount shall accompany each bid in accordance with the Notice to Contractors paragraph 5 "Bid Guaranty".
