This project is subject to funding agreement with GM for shared funding of improvements. This project is included in the city's 2024-2028 Capital Improvement Program (CIP). As of February 13, 2025, per owner, this project has not been started. *Project information has been obtained through a public capital improvement plan (CIP). A CIP is a financial schedule for short- and long-range projects which is updated regularly.
