Submit bid quotation on the blank Quote Form included herein, filling in all spaces and information; failure to answer all questions, provide all information, or return all pages of this Request for Quote form may be cause for disqualification of the bidder Provide at least a 250-gallon double walled tank for temporary fuel storage from the 1000-gallon gasoline tank. Temporary tank to be removed at the completion of the project. Fuel to be transferred into the 2000-gallon tank once the used diesel tank has been cleaned. Disconnect the 2 (two) electrical conduits and wiring at the 2 (two) existing AST's. The conduits and wiring will be reconnected once the new tank has been set in place. This includes the Petro Vend System. Disconnect and remove the 2 (two) existing Fill Rite pump motors and 2 (two) hoses extending from the pump motor to the pedestals. Leave the motors and hoses on site for the owner's disposition. Remove both fuel pedestals at the front of both tanks. Set them to the side to be reinstalled. Remove the vent line from the 1,000 (one thousand) gallon AST and set it aside to be reinstalled in the new 4,000 (four thousand) gallon AST. Remove residual fuel and clean the 2000-gallon tank ASTs on site. Remove the 1 (one) 1,000 (one thousand) gallon AST from the canopy pad to be disposed of off-site. And place the 4000-gallon tank in place of the 1000-gallon tank. Install (1) new 4,000-GALLON AST DOUBLE WALL STEEL SKID TANK 24" MANWAY, STD BUNG OPENING (2) EMERGENCY 6" VENTS, UL-LISTED 142, 8 FT X 8FT DIAMETER VERTICAL TANK, WHITE POWDER COATING. A 5-gallon Overflow Spill Containment Device and 2" Overflow Prevention valve shall be provided. The RRAC will have diesel fuel delivered once the tank is in placed so the new equipment can be tested. Reinstall the previously removed vent line into the top of the new 4,000 (four thousand) gallon AST and secure. Install 1 (one) spill containment device and 1 (one) overflow prevention valve in the tank top of the new 4,000 (four thousand) gallon tank. Install 2 (two) new 32 GPM PUMP MOTOR (preferred Fill Rite) in the 2 (two) ASTs and secure. Install 2 (two) new 3/4" X 15' FUEL hoses extending from the pumps to the fuel pedestals and connect. Reconnect the conduits and wiring to the 2 (two) new pumps and test all equipment for proper operation. Insure the new pumps commutate to the existing Petro Vend system. Test all of the installed equipment for proper operation and clean the site of all debris
