Drainage improvements include replacement of shoulder gutter and shoulder gutter inlet tops that are impacted by TTCP operations. Other improvements include replacement of guardrail impacted by TTCP and replacement of the expansion joint adjacent to the new approach slab on SR 8 (I-10) over Blackwater River Bridge No. 580167 in Santa Rosa County.
