INVITATION TO BID TRUCKEE MEADOWS WATER AUTHORITY PALACE PRESSURE REGULATION STATION PUBLIC WORKS CONTRACT NO. PWP #WA-2023-408 TMWA CAPITAL PROJECT NO. 16-0023 RANGE FOR ENGINEER'S ESTIMATE: $427,500 - $522,500 PROJECT SCOPE: Truckee Meadows Water Authority (TMWA) is accepting sealed bids for all labor, materials, equipment, and incidentals required for the construction of a new pressure regulating station supplied by the 24" high-pressure main running parallel to Lemmon Dr. Two pressure zones will be supplied through this PRS. The first pressure zone is the neighborhood South of Lemmon Dr at the intersection of Palace Dr. The second pressure zone is the future neighborhood, Sierra Vista. PRE-BID CONFERENCE AND SITE VISIT: A pre-bid conference and site visit will NOT be held. Bids received after the date and time set for receipt will be REJECTED. Facsimile and Hard Copy Bids will NOT be accepted. BID OPENING: There will not be a public bid opening as bids are opened electronically. Bid results and the bid tabulation will be posted on NGEM and bidders will be notified electronically of the results. TMWA reserves the right to reject any or all bids, including without limitation the right to reject any or all nonconforming, non-responsive, unbalanced, or conditional bids, and to reject the bid of any bidder if TMWA believes that it would not be in the best interest of TMWA to make an award to that bidder.
