Site work and paving for a mixed-use development in Reno, Nevada. Completed plans call for site work for a road / highway; for paving for a road / highway; sidewalk / parking lot; sidewalk / parking lot; and water / sewer project.

Reno Consolidated 19-01 Sutro Street, 1st Street, Lake Street and State Street Project (Labor Commission Identification Number: Pwp-wa-2019-189). The major work items include: Removal and placement of plantmix bituminous surface and aggregate base, coldmilling, placement of concrete sidewalks, driveways and curb cut ramps, utility adjustments, storm drain improvements, roadway excavation, traffic signal modifications, placement of permanent pavement markings, placement of traffic signs and temporary traffic control. Every Bid shall be accompanied by a Surety Company Bid Bond, or by a Certified or Cashiers Check made payable to the Regional Transportation Commission in the amount of not less than five percent (5%) of the Bid, said amount to be forfeited to the RTC should the Bidder to whom the Contract is awarded fail to enter into a Contract in accordance with the Bid and other Contract Documents within ten (10) calendar days after award. Prevailing wage rates for Washoe County shall be posted on the work site and paid to all classifications of labor as required by the laws of the State of Nevada. The work to be performed under this Contract shall be commenced by the successful Bidder after the executed Contract Documents have been submitted, and within five (5) calendar days of the commencement date set forth in the Notice to Proceed. The work, including any and all alternates and options, shall be completed within seventy (70) working days after the commencement date set forth in the Notice to Proceed. The right is reserved to reject any and all Bids or accept the Bid that is deemed by the RTC to be in the best interest of the RTC. The RTC reserves the right to accept or reject any or all alternates or options or any combination thereof. The RTC also reserves the right to waive any irregularities and/or informalities in the submitted Bid Forms. Engineers Opinion of Probable Cost: $2,700,000 to $3,100,000.
