The work to be performed under this Contract shall be commenced by the successful Bidder after the executed Contract Documents have been submitted, and within five (5) calendar days of the commencement date set forth in the Notice to Proceed. The work, including any and all alternates and options, shall be completed within seventy (70) working days after the commencement date set forth in the Notice to Proceed. The right is reserved to reject any and all Bids or accept the Bid that is deemed by the RTC to be in the best interest of the RTC. The RTC reserves the right to accept or reject any or all alternates or options or any combination thereof. The RTC also reserves the right to waive any irregularities and/or informalities in the submitted Bid Forms. Engineers Opinion of Probable Cost: $2,700,000 to $3,100,000.
