Site work for an educational facility in Reno, Nevada. Completed plans call for site work for a educational facility.
Transformer Electrical Upgrade. Scope of Work: The construction of an enclosure for an NV Energy transformer. Work shall also include the installation of electrical equipment from the new transformer to the main switch gear. Bid no -24-23-B-09-AA Contractor is requested to visit the project site, compare the Drawings and Specifications with any work in place, and be informed of all conditions, including the work, if any, being performed. Failure to visit the project site will in no way relieve the Contractor from necessity of furnishing any materials or performing any work in accordance with Drawings and Specifications that may be required to complete the work without additional cost to the Owner. The Contractor shall call the project site and make arrangements for a time to visit. To review the existing premises, contact the Principal and/or Site Facilities Coordinator at the site(s). Whenever at the site, be sure to check in at the Front Office. All questions shall be submitted in writing directly to WCSD's Solicitations website at http://solicitations.washoeschools.net/ or via e-mail to solicitations@washoeschools.net by 4:30 p.m. (Local Time) October 9, 2023.
