Site work and paving for a mixed-use development in Reno, Nevada. Completed plans call for site work for a road / highway; for paving for a road / highway; sidewalk / parking lot; and sidewalk / parking lot.
As of July 28, 2023, the project has been awarded, however, a timeline for construction has not been confirmed. Regional Transportation Commission of Washoe County, Nevada (RTC) is requesting bids from qualified contractors to perform The Las Brisas and Los Altos Resurfacing Project. Major work consists of corrective maintenance operations that include, but are not limited to, asphalt pavement removal, pavement patching, mill and overlay, crack sealing, Micro-Surfacing, pavement markings, utility adjustments, traffic control and public relations activities. Work also includes pedestrian ramp improvements.
