This RFP seeks to engage an experienced and qualified vendor to design and build an A/V system, with all requirements addressed in the introduction and replacing necessary components identified below to conduct and broadcast public meetings, with the expectation that the design will be done with as few failure points as possible, the programming user-friendly using standard CODECs, and installation will be executed with organized wireframes/diagrams and labeled cabling. The City intends to execute an additional support agreement with a qualified vendor.
