Site work and paving for a road / highway in Pelican, Wisconsin. Completed plans call for site work for a road / highway; and for paving for a road / highway.
**As of July 17, 2023, project was awarded to American Asphalt, awarded amount is 40,250.** Project 1: Located on Wildflower Bay Rd starting approximately 300' south of Luke Julia Rd and going south for 257 LF. Project includes the following: Remove the existing pavement (Milling is acceptable) Fine grade and compact the base to promote positive drainage. Pave 20' wide on ends and widen to 24' wide in the corner. Pavement thickness to be 2.25" with a 4 LT 58-28S Mix Type Place 2' wide shoulder on each side of the road. Project 2: Located on Pelican Ranch Rd starting approximately 600' south of HWY 8 and going south for 310 LF. Project includes the following: Remove the existing pavement (Milling is acceptable) Fine grade and compact the base to promote positive drainage. Pave 20' wide on ends and widen to 24' wide in the corner. Pavement thickness to be 2.25" with a 4 LT 58-28S Mix Type Match existing driveway materials. Place 2' wide shoulder on each side of the road Project limits to be painted out by the town for field measurement. The Town has the right to accept or reject any or all bids.
