Site work and new construction of a municipal facility in Grantsville, Utah. Conceptual plans call for the construction of a municipal facility; and for site work for a municipal facility.
The Deseret Peak Complex Maintenance Building will be located at 2930 West Highway 112, Grantsville, UT 84029. The building will need to have office space, shop space, and plenty of storage (hazardous and non-hazardous) to be able to accommodate both the Parks & Recreation Department, and the Weeds Department. Both the site and the building will need to be able to accommodate the storage, and maneuvering of heavy equipment, trucks, and trailers. Each design team must be comprised as follows: Team Lead - Architect (will work as construction manager), Electrical Engineer, Structural Engineer, Civil Engineer, Plumbing Engineer, and Mechanical Engineer Questions Due 06.22.2023 @ 4PM The method of Contractor Selection has not been Determined at this time.
