Pgw is Seeking an Experienced and Competent Contractor for the Maintenance and Repair of Pgw's Commercial Kitchen Equipment, Both Hot and Cold Kitchen Equipment. At the Commencement of the Contract, Vendor Shall Conduct a Site Inspection and Generate a Report to Be Delivered to the Designated Pgw Representative, Within Week (6) Weeks of the Notice to Proceed. The Report Must Include: Equipment List: Confirm All Equipment is Included on Pgw's List of "kitchen Equipment." if Applicable, Additional Equipment Shall Be Incorporated Into Maintenance Schedule. Utilities: Verify That Voltages, Air Volumes, Water Temperature and Water, Steam, and Gas Pressures Are as Required for Installed Equipment; if Required, Coordinate Changes Will Be Scheduled to Ensure That All Equipment is Operating Properly.
