As of August 31st, 2023, the project received no bids. It is cancelled for good. Replacing existing deteriorated brick pavers with porcelain pavers and exposed aggregate concrete, general preventative repairs, cleaning and sealing existing surfaces to refresh the station appearance, and replacing existing uncoordinated furnishings with improved, durable furnishings. The Work generally consists of but is not limited to: 1. Removing and replacing existing brick pavers with porcelain pavers and exposed aggregate concrete. 2. Cleaning and sealing existing granite benches; resealing all sealant joints with silicone sealants. 3. Removing existing trash receptacles and replacing them with new, specified combinedstream trash and recycling receptacles. 4. Cleaning and sealing existing advertising signs. 5. Pressure washing all adjacent Concrete and Concrete Masonry Unit walls, curbs parapet walls, resealing, and recoating with graffiti-resistant coating. 6. Repairing concrete spalls, exposed reinforcements, and other deficiencies at horizontal and vertical surfaces. 7. Repairing the skylight water intrusion. 8. Hydro-jetting existing floor drain line and replacing existing floor drain screen with ADA compliant cover. 9.
