The Proposition K specified scope of work is property acquisition for park expansion. The Proposition K scope has been satisfied and the phase I park development has been accepted by the RAP Board of Commissioners. The phase II park linkage project is in pre-design. These improvements are not eligible for Proposition K funding which is limited to the scope of acquisition. However, the phase two improvements are required to fully satisfy the intent of the Proposition K scope. This project is included in the City of Los Angeles FY 2023-2027 Capital Improvement Program (CIP). Per the owner, as of February 22, 2024, information regarding a design team or a general contractor is not available. A timeline for construction has not been determined. *Project information has been obtained through a public capital improvement plan (CIP). A CIP is a financial schedule for short- and long-range projects which is updated regularly.
