Renovation of a municipal facility in Winterset, Iowa. Completed plans call for the renovation of a municipal facility.
The work shall be completed by December 2, 2023, subject to any changes granted by the Owner. Bids shall be presented on a blank form furnished by the South Central Iowa Landfill Agency, submitted in a sealed envelope marked "Phase 1, Cell A&B Expansion, South Central Iowa Sanitary Landfill," and accompanied by a separate envelope containing bid security in the amount of 5% of the bid as defined in Iowa Code 26.8 and specified by the Agency in its bid specifications and contract. Further particulars may be obtained from HLW Engineering Group. If the public improvement, plans, specifications, form of contract and engineer's estimated cost of the project are approved by the South Central Iowa Landfill Agency, the Agency will proceed to consider bids solicited according to bid specifications contained in the contract and may accept the lowest acceptable bid or reject all bids. consider the Phase 1, Cell A&B Expansion Project, approval of plans, specifications and form of contract and engineer's estimated cost of said Project A pre-bid conference will not be conducted for this Project.
