Renovation of a military facility in North Ogden, Utah. Completed plans call for the renovation of a military facility.
The Ogden Service Center has not been updated for at least 20 years. Due to age and wear, a carpet and paint refresh is needed for the Facilities Management Office, FMSS, as well as the Training Complex. THIS IS 100% SMALL BUSINESS SET-ASIDE IAW 52.219-6, Notice of Total Small Business Set-Aside, under the following: NAICS CODE: 236220 - Commercial and Institutional Building Construction. As further detailed in the Statement of Work, the Internal Revenue Service has a requirement for carpet and paint refresh in the following location: IRS Ogden Main Building 1160 W 1200 S Ogden, UT 84404 Due Dates and Submissions: In Accordance with 52.236-27 herein, a site visit will be held. To attend site visit, please e-mail Contracting Officer Ms. Libertad Macias at Libertad.macias@irs.gov. Please provide your company name and the name of attendant by Tuesday June 20, 2023. Questions following the site visit may be submitted to Ms. Libertad Macias at Libertad.macias@irs.gov by Friday June 23, 2023. All responses to questions submitted will be posted publicly on SAM.GOV by Monday June 26, 2023. Send dated quote to Contracting Officer, Libertad Macias at libertad.macias@irs.gov, by 8:00 AM MDT on July 3, 2023.
