It is the intent of the County of Santa Clara - Procurement Department to establish a term contract with a contractor to provide Pump Repair and Replacement Services on an "as needed" basis ("Contract"). The term contract shall only be used for repair work and replacement of currently existing structures with County approved equivalents. The term contract shall be for a period of one (1) year, unless terminated or otherwise amended. Total contract sum shall not exceed two hundred thousand dollars ($200,000 Each bid must be accompanied by cash, a certified or cashiers check, or a bond in the sum of not less than 10% The Contractor must possess a C-4 Boiler Contractors license issued by the Contractors State License Board at the time the bid is submitted, per Business and Professions Code section 7028.15.
