Renovation of a conference / convention center in Saint Louis, Missouri. Completed plans call for the renovation of a conference / convention center.
24-RFQ-444331-DGR ML 8th and Pine and Convention Center Lighting Upgrade Demo and removal of old light fixtures at both 8 th and Pine and Convention Center MetroLink stations. Provide and install new light fixtures according to Scope of Work found at the end of this solicitation. Demo and remove plus or minus 700 ft. of old fluorescent lighting located above and below granite slabs. Demo all light fixtures and secure power supply in weather tight enclosure. 2) On passenger platform area in the ceiling demo old can recessed style light fixture (23 fixtures) on each side of platform EB & WB total 46. (See Metro: responsibility for adaptor). Install new light fixture one for one. (Light fixture type provided under Material List). 3) There are a total of 25 ceiling lights located in the ceiling in foyer area, stairwell to street level, and over escalators. Demo and replace one for one with new light fixture. Locations of these fixtures seen upon site visit prior to bidding. 4) There will also be two fixtures added where none exist currently over the WB escalators (to be discussed at site visit).
