Solicitation 04-2023, 8760.11, 10107.00, 03-2024, D033367 Reference Number 0000398201 Notice is hereby given, that sealed proposals are sought and requested for the purpose of entering into a contract with the Village of Croton-on-Hudson, for the following: Restoration of Van Cortlandt Manor Entrance Village of Croton-on-Hudson, Westchester County The Project Owner is the Historic Hudson Valley, 639 Bedford Road, Pocantico Hills, NY. This project is a Locally Administered Federal Aid (LAFA) project. It is an infrastructure project being completed at Van Cortlandt Manor, a National Historic Landmark Site and home of the renowned Great Jack O'Lantern Blaze to improve traffic flow and visitor experience. The project is a reconstruction of Van Cortlandt Manors' entrance drive, entryway, and grounds infrastructure. The work will include asphalt pavement, masonry, utility improvements, vehicle gates, and a sanitary sewer pump station. The foregoing is a general outline of work only and shall not be construed as a complete description of the work to be performed under this contract.
