New construction of a parking garage in Iowa City, Iowa. Completed plans call for the construction of a five-story above grade parking garage.

The University of Iowa West Campus Parking Ramp (WCPR) project will construct a 3-bay, 5-level post-tensioned slab reinforced concrete parking ramp that is roughly 280,000 square feet accommodating almost 980 parking spaces and includes a new skywalk connector. The new WCPR will be constructed within an existing parking lot on the west side of campus, immediately north of the West Campus Transportation Center. The new skywalk connector will span from the SE stair/elevator tower of the parking ramp to the existing skywalk east of the West Campus Transportation Center. Bid package #2 is for the construction of the parking ramp. As of June 14, 2023, general contractor is accepting Statements of Qualifications for subcontractors to construct the parking ramp.
