Renovation of a detention facility in Saint Peter, Minnesota. Completed plans call for the renovation of a detention facility.
The work will be accomplished through a single lump sum contract with Nicollet County. The following category of work will be bid (subject to change): Roofing. If awarded a contract, each successful Bidder shall be required to furnish both Performance and Payment Bonds covering faithful performance of the contract and the payment of all obligations arising under such contract. Such bonds shall be the latest edition of the AIA Document A312, in the amount equal to 100% payment. As of December 7, 2023, construciton commenced August 2023 and completed October 2023. No further information is expected.
